When I started Whipping Post, I really didn't plan on working with retailers. My hope has always been to have a small company where the customer could have as much interaction with the main guy as possible. I have no interest in being on the shelves of Wal-Mart.
That being said there are a few small, independent stores out there that work really hard to bring quality, unique products to market. One of which that I'm happy to be working with is San Diego's Aloha Sunday. These guys marry surf-inspired gear nicely with heirloom quality goods. Have a peak at this video on Aloha's beginnings to get a feel for what they're all about.
