What is your return policy?
If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship back to us in brand new condition within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll get you a refund. Just shoot us an email at email@example.com
Also in the unlikely event of any problems with your bag, just let us know. We’re in it for the long haul and will make sure you get your bag repaired and back to you as soon as possible.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! Pretty much everywhere. All bag purchases ship DHL Express International. Smaller items like wallets will ship USPS First Class International. Please note that on USPS First Class packages that tracking is only available until the item reaches the US border. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.
Can you expedite shipping?We offer a number of shipping options within the US. Please note that it usually takes 1-2 days for orders to process and get out the door.
